NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special General Meeting of The Nova Scotia Golf Association will be held virtually on October 23, 2025 at 7:00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and vote on the following matters:
1. The amendment of Article 5.1 to change the fiscal year of The Association from December 31st to October 31st each year.
2. The amendment of Article 5.3 to change the appointment of an Auditor to audit the accounts of the NSGA each year to a Review of accounts by an independent accounting firm.
3. Resolution to amend Article 3.6 to reflect changes to the duties conducted during the annual general meeting based on outcomes of the above resolutions.
Members are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf. Proxy forms must be submitted by October 19, 2025. Proxy forms will be sent out at a later date.
