The Greenwood Golf Club is set to host the 2019 NSGA Women’s Amateur & Women’s Senior Provincial Championships on July 5-7. The 54 hole stroke play tournament will begin on Friday and will crown an Amateur and Senior Provincial Women’s Champions.
The top three golfers from both the Amateur and Senior will be selected to represent Nova Scotia at their respective National Championships.
Past Amateur Champions in the field include Heather McLean, Allison Chandler and Julia Henderson.
Past Senior Champions in the field include Sue Tumblin, Debbie Arsenault, Leslie Houde and Jean Boudreau.
The 2019 Canadian Women’s Amateur Nationals will be held at Red Deer Golf Club in Red Deer, Alberta, from July 23-26.
