McLean and Tumblin take the lead in Women’s Amateur & Senior Championships

The wind picked up at Truro Golf Club during the second round of the 2018 NSGA Women’s Amateur & Senior Championships.
Heather McLean didn’t let that stop her from posting another solid round to take the lead at the 2018 NSGA Women’s Amatuer. The 17-year old fired an impressive 2-under back nine to finish the day four over par and a two-day total of 150.
Crystal Fitzpatrick also carded a solid 76 today, for a total of 151, and currently sits in 2nd place.
Allison Chandler struggled a bit today, finishing with eight over 78 with a two-day total of 152. The defending champ sits two shots back in third place.
Susan Tumblin from Oakfield has one-stroke lead heading into tomorrows final round. Leslie Houde (Paragon) and Beth Llyod (Ken-Wo) are tied for second, one shot back of Tumblin.
