As two of the top junior boys in the province, it is no coincidence that Owen Mullen and Mark Chandler sit tied atop the leaderboard at the 2020 Jaguar Land Rover Boys Championship. Mullen & Chandler finished their round with an even-par 72. Mullen of Truro GC, carded 3 birdies and 3 bogeys for the day. Chandler, a member at Chester GC had two birdies, and two bogeys.
Mullen and Chandler are also tied for the lead in the Junior (U19) division, three shots up on Lakes member Liam Brann (75). Benjamin Childs of Ashburn GC leads the Juvenile (U17) division, after shooting a 4-over (76). One shot back, and in second place, is Dimitri Mihelakos (77). Also a member of Ashburn.
In the Bantam division there is also a tie for first place. Owen’s younger brother, Simon Mullen, along with Oakfield member Matt Brooks, fired a 10-over (82). The pair sit only two shots ahead of Truro member, Zach Gaudet (85).
Leading the way for the Pee-Wee (U13) division is Brookfield member Rylan Sutherland, after scoring an 80 for the day. In second place is Blake Wilson (81) from Oakfield only one shot back.

On the Junior girls side, Abbey Baker of Ashburn finds herself atop the leaderboard, after firing an impressive 3-over-par (75). The younger Baker sister currently holds a four shot lead over her older sister, Haley Baker. Haley finished with a 7-over (79) for the day.
The Baker’s currently lead their age divisions as well. Haley has a sizeable lead in the Junior (U19) division over Lilly Reid (91) of Ashburn. While, Abbey has a comfortable 8-shot lead over Abby Wamboldt (83) of Northbumerland in the Juvenile (U17) division.
Olivia Seaman of Ken-Wo leads the Bantam (U15) Girls Divison. In second place is Ashburn member Annika Parkash (102).
The girls Pee-Wee (U13) division is being lead by Avery Cohen (98) of Abercrombie Country Club with an 11-Stroke lead over Hartlen Point Forces Golf Club member Claira Frizzell (109).
