In 2018 Golf Canada released a Tournament Management Software (TMS) that is fully integrated as part of the Golf Canada Score Center (Handicap System). While the system worked very well in many instances, following a year of testing and feedback from club’s the system will require continued improvements to
fully suite the needs of facilities.
While the Golf Canada TMS will remain an ever present and improving option for facilities, in our efforts to provide value and better serve our partner facilities, over the winter months the NSGA has been working with Easy Golf Tour to provide enhanced member benefits for our partner facilities. With that in mind, The NSGA is pleased to offer the following Easy Golf Tour services as an enhanced membership benefit for the 2019 season at no charge to your facility.
Easy Golf Tour Tournament Management Software
The Easy Golf Tour TMS has been created with the help of golf professionals and General Managers from courses throughout North America and has developed into a tournament solution that helps to puts the needs of the course first.
Originally tested in July of 2017, at Lingan Golf Club in Sydney, NS the software helped the club run and manage its events up to 80% more efficiently than their pervious methods. With the club using the software to manage several events throughout the year, feedback from the facility and golfers lead to multiple enhancements before being fully launched for the 2018 golf season.
Easy Golf Tour League Management Software
A new program for 2019, the Easy Golf Tour League Management Software (LMS) will provide a cost-effective alternative for managing club’s various leagues, men’s, ladies and seniors’ nights / days with the intent of helping to grow participation and revenues while limiting or eliminating much of the work of staff and volunteers.
As with its TMS, the evolution of the Easy Golf Tour LMS will rely on feedback from the facility and golfers to identify required adjustments and future enhancements that will help to make the LMS as user friendly and effective as possible.

- I can’t find my course, what do I do?
Currently we have over 20,000 golf courses listed on our website but it is possible we have missed 1 or 2. If you are unable to locate your course in our database, please contact: support@easygolftour.com
- What are tournament credits and how do they work?Tournament credits are designed for Golf Courses that do not operate many tournaments. Instead of paying a yearly fee, courses can choose to purchase tournament credits. Each credit is good for any size tournament and they do not expire.
We offer the ability to buy a single credit or a bundle of credits. The more credits you buy at one time, the less expensive it is to run each tournament.
- I tried to sign-up for a 14-day free trial but it tells me I already used my free trial, what do I do?
Since course are already set up on EasyGolfTour.com we track free trials based on course not by username or email address. This prevents courses from creating new accounts and only using the free trial. If you have received this message but have not used your free trial, please contact support at: support@easygolftour.com
- What type of payments do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, E-Transfers, and visa/debit. All payments are processed at the beginning of your billing cycle.
- My course is a NGCOA member, do I get a discount?
Yes, Easy Golf Tour is an affiliate of the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA). We offer NGCOA member courses a $200 discount off our yearly fee of $899. NGCOA members can use our software for $699/Year.
- I would like to recommend adding or modifying a feature. Is that something I can do?
Definitely! Easy Golf Tour was designed with the help of courses to benefit courses and we want to continue that with our new customers. If you have any suggestions about existing features or you would like to see new features added, please email us at features@easygolftour.com.
- What are SMS notifications and are they included?
With Easy Golf Tour, your course can send SMS (Text) notifications to golfers with their tee-times, group of golfers they are playing with, and any special instructions. We included the ability to send tee-time nonfictions once for every day in a tournament. We also included the ability to send out special notifications via SMS that are not tee-time related. Courses currently have the ability to send out 5,000 special notifications per year.
